Having a dream is not enough!
Assignments
1. Reflection: Take some time to reflect on your current dreams and aspirations. Ask yourself, “What do I want to achieve in my personal and professional life?” Write down your thoughts in a journal, and make sure to include why these dreams are important to you.
2. Action planning: After identifying your dreams, create a plan for achieving them. Use the brainstorming exercise from the text to come up with different ways to achieve your dreams. Write down all your ideas and categorize them into three main categories. Use these categories to create a concrete action plan with specific steps that you can take to achieve your dreams.
3. Accountability: Share your dreams and action plan with a trusted friend or mentor. Set up regular check-ins to hold yourself accountable and track your progress. Use these check-ins to reflect on what is working and what isn’t, and adjust your action plan as needed.
4. Continued learning: Read the e-book “Design Your Future” and use it as a tool to guide your personal and professional development. Take notes on key ideas and strategies, and think about how you can apply them to your own life and career.
5. One-on-one session: Book a 15-minute Zoom session with a mentor, coach, or advisor to discuss your single most important challenge. Use this session to get feedback and guidance on how to overcome your challenge and make progress towards your dreams.
Get some help, and take action to work with your book “Design Your Future”
